On this project the client opted for a 50omm Phenolic external walls insulation system to three existing blocks of flats. The combination of aesthetics on this scheme was achieved by the use of a Silicone K1.5 finish complimented by a brick effect render.
To all external balcony areas we were not required to introduce insulation so we applied brick effect render finish only.
